Guided by the provisions of Section 16 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514) of Malaysia, Kay R Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy, clean, and pleasant working environment. Therefore, the management of Kay R Resources (M) Sdn Bhd will ensure that every individual is aware of the importance of occupational safety and health.
To fulfill these requirements, the management of Kay R Resources (M) Sdn Bhd has outlined the following policies:
Establishing a safe work culture in all daily activities by creating a secure, healthy, and conducive work environment, along with providing appropriate safety systems and equipment.
Providing and maintaining workplace facilities, equipment, and work systems that ensure occupational safety and health, preventing any safety and health hazards at the workplace.
Investigating and reporting all accidents, illnesses, poisoning incidents, and hazardous occurrences while taking preventive measures toward achieving zero accidents.
Promoting awareness of occupational safety and health among employees so that they adopt and practice good safety and health measures.
Planning and implementing continuous improvement efforts.
